Welcome to the #NukeFilmFest hub. Thanks to you the generous donations of our supporters, we have been successful in raising the necessary funds to put on Britain’s first Nuke Film Fest. Our film festival, taking place in March 2016 will use film and popular culture, to get people talking about nukes.
Here is more information and useful links for the upcoming festival.
Keep your eyes peeled for the headline event of the festival which will be held in London, organised by our team of young Ambassadors, Everyone who donated to make this festival happen will get a special invitation. More information will be released in early 2016.
In addition to a headline screening in London, we will be supporting groups and individuals around the country to host their own screenings as part of the festival. You will find a full list of these on our screenings page (coming early 2016).
Want to get involved and help us make the Nuke Film Fest a success? You can do this by helping us put on a screening in your area. Whether this takes place in your school, uni, religious centre, youth club or community centre, we will provide you with the support you need to make it a success. Take a look at our support pack and contact us on dan[at]wmdawareness.org.uk to get the ball rolling.
Need help choosing which film to show? We’ve got a list of great options, along with our rating and talking points that fit in with each suggested movie for a post-screening discussion.
